Mouse scroller failure
Mouse scroller broke 3 months in, office use. Was working great, love that it has one dongle for keyboard and mouse. Price was good too, just didn’t last.Update:The company reached out and wanted to help solve the issue, they are sending a new mouse! That’s too notch customer service!

Highly recommend this wireless keyboard and mouse
This mouse and keyboard set is sooo nice. It’s Bluetooth to help connect easily. It functions well, as soon as you hit a button it lights up bright. The mouse is wireless as well. l and moves well. The value for the money is definitely worth it. The buttons are easy to press and won’t stick.highly recommend it.

I really like this keyboard and I love how quiet the keys are.. It is also compatible with all my computer, which I often run into an issue with Bluetooth devices only working with one brand of computer and not another.The one thing that I think they should have made much clearer in the directions is that:1. USE the charging cable they send you. Don’t just throw it in with all your other charging cables.And,2. When your keyboard runs out of battery you HAVE to use the charging cable with the Type-C Adapter attached as the input into the charging port you’re using.If you don’t use the USB-C connector, the key board will not charge, so don’t loose those two things!

Features omitted from original description
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recently purchased keyboard and mouse setup. The mouse included does not function as advertised—specifically, the jiggler and DPI buttons are non-operational. The jiggler feature was a key reason for selecting this product.After engaging with Sablute Support for over a week, I was informed that they could send a replacement mouse that also lacks the jiggler functionality. This entirely defeats the purpose of the original purchase. If the jiggler feature has been discontinued, that should have been clearly disclosed at the point of sale.I also observed that the product link from my Amazon order history—previously labeled with the jiggler feature (“Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Backlits, Wrist Rest, Jiggler Mouse, Rechargeable Ergonomic Keyboard…”)—now redirects to a page that no longer includes this detail. This change, without notice, is misleading and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of product descriptions.While I would prefer to receive a functioning product with the advertised jiggler feature, that does not appear to be an option. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging, which may impact eligibility for reimbursement. However, I believe an exception should be considered given the circumstances and the inaccurate representation of the product.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I am left with a product that does not meet the specifications for which it was purchased.

Mouse died out of nowhere
EDIT: I emailed customer service and they responded and had a replacement mouse in the mail basically the same day. This has been the best customer service experience. Responded quickly and made everything right.Had this mouse and keyboard set since February. Very nice, loved the set with no issues until the mouse just died 2 nights ago. It had charged the night before so it’s not dead. No lights or anything will come on. Keyboard is still working. I uninstalled and reinstalled both and just the keyboard is still working.

I love my wireless keyboard and mouse; they work perfectly. It is very convenient when I am traveling and don’t need the keyboard; the mouse works fine without it.

Not total garbage.
Not total crap. For its price, its decent enough, but the mouse is absolute garbage. The scroll wheel tends to stick so even scrolling regular PDFs is a chore. It’s also terrible for any type of gaming as the cursor also tends to get stuck and lag. Spent way too much time on mouse tutorials and it hasn’t helped. Just bought a new mouse and hopefully it will be better.Looks pretty good though. Pretty lights.

Buen producto, llevo un año usandola, el unico tema es que las funciones vienen mal, es decir si buscas ingresar & que lo marca en la tecla 7, lo debes ingresar en la tecla 6, y asi con todas, costo acostumbrarse a esto, por lo que seria el unico encontra, fuera de, una vez que se carga la pila dura bastante.

This Keyboard and mouse combo are great, love the big letters, it illuminates beautifully with choice of colors. Jey strokes are nice when you type, mouse is great just kinda big for small hands. It’s worth the purchase.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, Customer Service contacted me and offered a full refund, which I thought was vry generous. I should note that I also purchased the Large Print version of the keyboard for my husband and he likes it very much, and that keyboard is 5 stars for him.I like the look and feel of this keyboard. It’s comfortable to use. The wrist support is nice – I do wish it was slightly more robust – it is slightly too tapered to be fully supportive.I don’t love that the keyboard misses key strokes sometimes – and specifically misses the letter E fairly often. It is making me feel anxious as I write sometimes, worrying about spelling errors.The mouse is very comfortable. I like the thumb rest, and I like that it has a jiggler function.All in all ok. I probably won’t return this – but if I had known about the skipping keys, I probably would not have purchased it.
