Different colors and look from my past strings.
Will update later if they present problems. I’ve had color changing lights for 15 yrs, usually the ones with thicker cords and bulbs on T base and they usually last a 2 to 3 yrs. These are on thinner cords but were pretty easy to put up since I already had the hooks in place. The big difference is the bulbs, rather than having a diffused color, these radiate color from the filament (?) It’s a cool change from the others and the colors are more neon yet not as bright as neon. The only neg is at least 3 buttons on the color menu come up with the same purple but otherwise Im happy with them. UPDATE…seems we have red squirrels and yup, they loved the wire coverings. Spliced em back and put them up in the house (where they look great). Bought some with the thick, less tasty cords…fingers crossed.

Good lights, bad bulbs, good customer service?
This is a quality set of lights overall: Packaged well, nice heavy cord, etc. The lights are a bit of a pain to install, in the sense that you must unscrew each bulb, hang the lights and then screw in each bulb. It’s time consuming, but it serves the purpose of preventing bulbs from breaking as you are hanging the lights. As I stood on a ladder, having finally gotten the string of lights in the general place I wanted it, I dropped one of the bulbs and it shattered. That’s on me. Thankfully the lights ship with one replacement bulb. Oh good, I thought, the manufacturers were thoughtful enough to prepare for this eventuality. I clean up the glass, replace the bulb, and carry on installing the lights. Then I go to plug them in. One light is dead already and another is flickering like it’s about to give out. I tried screwing and unscrewing the bulbs, moving bulbs around to see if it was an issue of faulty wiring as opposed to bulbs, and no, it’s the bulbs.UPDATE: It’s been 2 weeks since I wrote the initial review and I have to drop another star. Two more bulbs seem to have burnt out in less than 10 hrs of total use.UPDATE 2: It’s been about a week and a half since the last update. I received a very thoughtful email from the seller expressing regret about my negative experience with this product. They explained that sometimes in the manufacturing or in shipping, microscopic fissures can occur in the bulbs, allowing air to enter and causing them to burn out quickly. It seems I just got unlucky and received a particularly fragile set. They offered to send me replacement bulbs and fuses in order to fix the problem. I have updated my rating to reflect their good customer service. When I receive the bulbs and the situation is completely resolved, I will check in again.

Great Outdoor String Lights!
I ordered the 25-foot G40 LED Patio String Lights and couldn’t be happier with them. I hung them up on my porch, and they instantly made the space feel warm and inviting. The bulbs give off a nice soft glow — bright enough to see clearly, but not harsh. I also love that the bulbs are plastic instead of glass, so I don’t have to worry about them breaking in bad weather or while putting them up.Installation was super easy — just plug them in and they’re ready to go. They’ve held up well so far, even through a few windy and rainy nights. Overall, these are great quality lights for the price, and they add a perfect cozy touch to any outdoor area. These were the perfect purchase for my new balcony. They add the perfect amount of light without overdoing it. I love that the bulbs themselves are plastic, not glass, which adds a sense of relief knowing they are less likely to get broken. Looks really nice and bright in my backyard. Long length makes it easy to install along the whole fence. The included hooks make it easy to install. Make sure to install the wire first if you’re putting the lights on high ceilings. Overall great product and quality, highly recommend.

These lights are amazing and just a perfect amount of brightness for the outdoors patios/spaces. It’s a cozy warm light and not overly bright which to me is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent value for the money. Lets see how well they hold up. However was strange that in the instructions it said only for temporary installation of max 90 days. I didn’t quite understand that, as it also says there is a 1 year manufacturer warranty so that was a bit contradicting in a way. I sure hope they aren’t meant to last only 3 months because that would be quite disappointing. I have only had them for a day so can’t speak so much for longevity but installation was a breeze, very straightforward.

I bought these for our trailer awning, actual trailer lights for the awning or around 160.00!These lights are AWESOME. They came in a great box, each bulb in its own styrofoam spot face down. They were super easy to hang with clicks I bought separately. The lights are small bulbs, very warm in color. They looked great at night, giving you enough light but not overpowering.Will be buying more of these to put up around our patio.They also came with two extra bulbs!
