Excellent remedy for stiff neck and shoulders
This thing is AMAZING.I use it ten minutes or so — turn my neck and head a bit and my neck pops over and over. When I get up I feel so loose and like my neck is glowing — I don’t know what other words to use here, but I think it just feels like blood is circulating, and the muscles are looser and less tense. I had been dealing with tech neck and painful shoulders and this has been a godsend. My very stiff and inflexible partner is also able to use it without problems and finds that it makes his neck feel better as well. It’s just a very nice stretch. It doesn’t have any weird smell. It’s small enough to store easily and not clutter up the house too much.

Super effective!
Value for money:I’ve tried so many products to help stretch my neck and relieve “tech neck” tightness. Within the first 5 minutes of laying down with this I was able to take DEP diaphragm breaths. After a week my neck is less tight and my shoulders less hunched and I feel like my whole chest is opening up. Start with just a few minutes a day and work up to 10-20 minutes a day make sure you are laying down just as they tell you too ( it’s the most effective position). I 10000% recommend!!!

Muscle spasm relief
I’ve been dealing with scoliosis and poor posture from that condition my whole life. Every few months I will have a flair up where muscles in my shoulder will spasm, causing me to raise my shoulder out of place, causing further discomfort and fatigue.This posture corrector has actually helped so much! It did in a few hours what two weeks of muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories couldn’t do!The only draw back is how difficult it is to adjust. You also need to wear tighter fitting clothing while using this, otherwise your shirt will bunch up in the armpits and around the collar.

This item relieves my neck pain and jaw clenching while I sleep
I read a lot of reviews on this item before I bought it. Yes, this thing does work to prevent me from awaking with neck pain. I hurt my neck 30 years ago and its been somewhat painful since then. I can sleep on this alone with no pillow on top of it sleeping on my back. This item also helps to release the tension I keep in my jaw when I sleep because it tips your head back a bit, and this prevents me from clenching my jaw all night, too. This item lessens the amount of neck and jaw pain I wake up with a lot.

I’m 36, terrible posture. Always pain between my shoulder blades.I put this on, it’s unbelievable! It works!However, bending over to pick stuff up is weird..AND.. best way to get it to fit and work properly…is ..once it’s on, put your thumbs under your arm pits and shimmy the strap up. If it’s not in the right spot it’ll hurt your arm pits and dig into the front a bit, also the middle piece will be floppy.Neck extender is nice too. Did feel good after, a little uncomfortable while using.I’d recommend 👌

Game changer for “tech neck” and other whiplash neck stiffness!
This neck stretcher has been a game changer! I fell in the tub a year ago and landed on the base of my skull. It stretched the muscle going from my skull all the way to my mid back. Fast forward a year where my neck is so stiff I have had trouble sleeping. I finally went to PT to learn stretches and exercises to strengthen my neck, back and shoulder muscles. My PT recommended this pillow to supplement my exercises. It helps stretch the spasming muscles each day. I’ve instantly seen relief! After a year of trying everything else!

It comes with a manual which states it is uncomfortable in the beginning. I feel that. It’s day 2. But I do feel my neck stretched. I went with 5 min per side once a day right away. Will gradually increase that as I keep going. There’s no smell I noticed compared to other comments. It’s made of rubber because this isn’t a pillow it’s a “pillow” meant for physical therapy reason. Again some of these comments are a bit unhelpful as they are reviewing a product they don’t understand how to use. Consistency is key…. It says so in the manual. This isn’t a one time use thing. It’s like saying I went to the gym today and didn’t lose any pounds so I’m giving up. The gym doesn’t work.
