Good tablet
Seems great. I got it for my niece and she uses it everyday. It’s fast and does everything it should. The battery seems good. Good deal for the price.

I loved it while it lasted! (with updates and added stars)
I bought this tablet to download videos and watch them when I’m away from WiFi (every time I go camping). It was great at first… easy to setup off my phone, video is great, sound so-so but not terrible.A few days after I started downloading videos, they all disappeared. I realized the sd card wasn’t showing. I popped it out, put it back in, all my videos were there.It happened again. As I was downloading videos for my camping trip over 4th of July, I ran out of memory and realized that sometime during that process the sd card stopped registering again. This time, I cannot get the tablet to see it at all. I took the sd card out of my camera, tablet doesn’t see it. I put the sd card from my tablet into my camera and it works fine. So it’s definitely the tablet.I also realized it wasn’t charging right. The connector has to be plugged in at just the right angle for it to charge which is not a good sign.Of course, all this happened 3 days after the return window closed (30 days). I loved this tablet until then, but I haven’t decided if I’ll get the sd slot and charging port fixed or just get a different one.Edited 11Jul2025 to add that the battery life seems to be as advertised, and the included cover is of a higher quality than I expected.The company has reached out to me and I’m very happy with their customer service and offer to refund. I think I will buy another and give it a try since this does meet my needs, is a great price, and has great customer service. Adding a star for that!Updated 30Aug: I did buy another one, and I’m glad I did. I’ve had it for aprx 5 weeks. It’s working great for what I need. I’ve had no issues at all with the charging port or the SD slot, both are working as they should.Adding another star (for 4) because sometimes issues do come up, especially with electronic items that have been shipped, but the customer service was great and resolved the issue quickly to my satisfaction. Again, I’m glad I gave this tablet another chance!

Almost Good
The tablet works fine, a bit slow but not agonizing. It tends to stall when demand is high, like watching video and using blue tooth ear buds. The screen quality is good.The keyboard is nice, it works well and could be improved with non-skid feet, the whole set would be improved with a cover that included the keyboard. As it is the keyboard must be carried separatelyThe best part about this set is the battery life, mine is a champion for battery.The worst part is the documentation and the Mouse. The documentation is simplistic and it only covers starting the tablet, there’s no keyboard or mouse documentation As for the mouse, it doesn’t work. There’s no bluetooth connection, there’s no switch on the mouse to connect, turn it off/on or enter pairing mode. It’s just a mouse that’s designed to do nothing but eat batteries. If you’re considering this set because it has a mouse – it doesn’t. It has a mouse shaped paperweight. I tried to reach out for support and all they did was send me another tablet with another mouse that didn’t work.It’s cheap, it kindof works but I won’t ever recommend it except for the desperate.

Screen clarity, processor speed,size of ram
So far it works really well, good screen quality, good start up speed. Nice case included with purchase.
