Super easy to install. Love the various ways you can lock and unlock it. Looks very nice. Great price ! My favorite way to access is the finger print recognition. Will also talk to you and let you know door is lock or unlocked. Great purchase!

Great lock – wifi (un)locking has very occasional hiccups, but everything else is rock solid.
This lock works very well in most regards, with one small hitch.The fingerprint reader, card reader, keypad and keys all work perfectly every time.The lock/unlock via app or google/alexa/etc integration works most of the time, with some glitches.The app is the most reliable, working over 95% of the time, and mostly only has issues when locking and unlocking repeatedly which admittedly isn’t a common scenario, but something I did a lot to try and work out these bugs. I’m actually using the lock in a unique way where I don’t have access to the panel, so I can only rely on the app/google integration, since I cannot physically access the lock, hence my deep dive.The google integration initially worked only barely, but after sending a bug report in the app, the next time I tried it out a few days later, it had been fixed fully.That said, it is still unreliable on occasion – especially when repeatedly locking and unlocking, but now works reliably enough for me to be quite happy using it.Overall, the build quality is very nice, all the features that don’t rely on wifi locking/unlocking work incredibly reliably, including the automatic lock feature. Changing and managing codes via the app works very well, and the app is easy to use.Overall, a very good lock and the quick bug fix gives me significant hope that whatever tiny issues remain in the google integration get ironed out as well.Very high marks overall.

Easy setup and easy to use with a ton of options.
I got this lock for my mom and dad.Setup was pretty easy – Every piece of hardware was in the box, and the instructions were clear enough that I finished the job in a few hours.Batteries – It didn’t come with batteries. You’ll need to buy eight AA cells separately. This is your lock, so don’t skimp on quality or you can also get nice rechargeables.I kept it simple for my parents with a spare key on their chain, but using fingerprints and the code for their main usage. They are pretty good with apps, but I suspect my mom will continue to use the key and my dad will use the fingerprint.You get almost too many ways to use it:KeysKey‑cards – I gave one to my brother.Fingerprint sensorPhone app – I can lock or unlock the door from my phone, and my parents can do the same on their iPhones if they get used to it.Code entryAutomatic lock – The door can be set to lock automatically after 30 seconds to a few minutes. My parents are getting more forgetful, so I like knowing the door will always lock for them.Quality – It feels pretty solid even though it’s made from plastic.Bottom line: Installing this lock for my parents has made my life easier too. It’s reliable, user‑friendly, and gives me confidence that their home is secure. If you’re a parent, a busy professional, or anyone who wants a versatile and secure lock that’s easy to set up, I’d definitely recommend this smart, all‑in‑one lock.
