I love this floor cleaner
I am highly satisfied with this unit, as it has exceeded my expectations despite my initial skepticism regarding such purchases. Its performance in terms of debris collection is commendable. My sole suggestion for improvement would be to enhance its edge-cleaning capabilities. The integrated steam option is particularly effective for addressing stubborn messes.

Wish I got one sooner
Works amazing. Voice prompts are great and set up was very easy. With two dogs and two kids it saves me a step to not have to vacuum before mopping. I do wish they had cleaning solution with a slight scent to it though. I have a roughly 5000 sqft house – mostly hardwood and can clean the whole house on one battery charge.

Most expensive garbage ever!
If I could give zero I would! Got it is July in September kept saying tank was full when it was not! Contacted customer support sent me a new tank started working again. Here we are in November starting doing the same thing again!! The most expensive garbage I have ever spend money on it in my life . How can a product be so expensive and not work at all! Contacted customer service asking for a refund. Let’s see what happens!

Still miles better than shark
First impressions. Easy to put together. Did a good job cleaning the floors. It was more of a workout and had to switch arms multiple times due to the weight and pulling.The cleaning process of the machine to get pet hair out is a lot more than older models I have. I was able to do all my floors on one tank of water so that’s an improvement.Overall does its job but is a bit heavy and the cleaning of the machine is harder.

Does the job nicely as stated in the product demos. Goes on to both hardwood floor and low pile carpet easily and provides spot free floors. It is just couple weeks old the battery life has been good, have used it for 30min continuously and still has plenty of charge left.

I’ve been an only-by-Dyson guy forever. But this, OMG!
We have some ground in dirt on our wood flooring. And it has a tendency of coming back when I scrape it off. Could be our dogs. Could be my shoes. Dunno’. I’ve been looking for a while for a cordless electric tool for such cleaning.I looked at the Dyson V15s, but it’s not designed for this kind of problem. Eventually, I decided that I wanted a cordless mop/vacuum/steam tool, with an LED light to show the way. I wanted something Dyson would’ve made.Finally, I found this one, and it is Dyson-amazing. It really does what they say it would do. It is indeed self-propelled once you turn it on. I’ve never experienced that and it’s terrific. The vacuum works quite well, and has two settings: auto and max. Then there’s the steam cleaning mode. It did a great job with the ground in dirt on my wood floors. It didn’t quite get a few of the most ground in ones, but it softened them so that it was easy to scrape them off with a plastic scraper. My wife, the, white glove of the house, was unusually impressed!This machine not only talks to you, but visually displays what it’s doing. And it certainly built at Dyson level.When you’re done cleaning, the machine will ask you to empty and clean the dirty water container. At first, this was a little hard for me and took time to do, but then I realized that you could actually take the dirty water container apart and very, very quickly, flush it out. Instructions for this are actually printed on the top of the dirty water container. Don’t miss this!It comes with a very nice charging pad that the machine goes on. It’s such a high-quality machine that it makes cleaning fun. It costs a ton of pennies and it’s worth every one of them!

This is one of the best shopping I made at all!! Is super easy to put togheter, set up and use. Clean deep, and whe I say deep….trust me is deep. You can see when you empty the tank. I prefer this machine 1000 times better that the robot. Highly recommend 👌

I can’t believe how much dirt this thing gets out of a hardwood floor that was previously mopped manually. The power assist really makes the job less of a physical job. Grabs long hair which is never tangled around the roller and the auto clean function is awesome though a little noisy during the drying portion. Easy to maintain, has audible guidance, plus shows dirt levels in realtime via the led panel. The app is useful for customizing the way you like to use the mop. Hopefully it lasts a long time as it’s expensive.

Venendo dall’ S7 Steam il salto generazionale si vede e anche tanto. Migliorata non tanto la pulizia che già andava bene, quanto la gestione della macchina nella base. La funzione di auto pulizia ha finalmente un senso in quanto pulisce molto bene il rullo; l’asciugatura ad aria calda lascia il rullo asciutto e profumato; le ruote motorizzate funzionano bene e rendono la macchina molto più maneggevole In questo settore la tecnologia ogni anno fa passi da gigante se potete fate l’upgrade ve lo consiglio. P.s. il detergente Tineco top ma sicuramente troppo costoso
