I only receive 2 small speakers, is the real soundbar missing?
No. Those 2 small “speakers” as you mentioned are actually 2 soundbars, which could be combined into 1 large soundbar or you could use them as 2 tower soundbars.
Is the subwoofer wired?
Yes, wired subwoofer for deep bass.
Why does streaming sound static? Does it support Netflix or Amazon Prime video?
It support Netflix/Amazon Prime. But please turn off the Dolby & DTS output when you use streaming. (in app setting such as Netflix or TV setting)
Why is there no sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?
Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting – Different TV have different sound setting, please provide TV model to us for specific setting process according to your TV model.
Does it support Netflix/Amazon Prime or other streaming video?

Great sound quality and easy set up
I got this soundbar to use with a new 55 inch tv that has a great picture but not so great sound. Good decision – the sound bar has far better sound quality than the tv. Unlike soundbars that I have had in the past, this device can be connected so that I can control it’s volume with my tv remote. It was very easy to set up – all of the instructions for different connections are printed on the back of the soundbar. It also comes with all of the cables that you might need, including an optical cable that I have had to buy for other devices. A neat feature is that it can be used as a conventional soundbar, or it can be separated into 2 standing speakers – I’m currently trying out both setup to see which I like best. It connects easily to bluetooth, so I also use it to play music from my iphone.

Great Sound bar & Great Price!!
Very impressed with this soundbar! It was so easy to set up (I used Bluetooth, but love that it has the other options too) The sound is way better than my TV speakers. My TV speakers are really not great at all, and this improved my watching experience ten fold. The dialogue is clearer and the volume boost really helps with the quiet scenes. Tried some of the different modes and they all sound great. Also love that you can separate the speakers, it’s a cool little bonus. This was a solid pick for the price. Highly recommend!

Versatile, Great Sound, and Looks AwesomeI’ve been using this Bluetooth speaker in my bedroom, and it’s perfect. The functionality is great. You can split it into two for surround-style sound or combine them into one powerful speaker. Crisp, clean and versatile.
Product arrived quickly and was packaged well. Product looks clean and comes with all the cords needed for different set ups. I like that it has 3 different configurations to building the system. I personally use them as towers behind my computer screens. They have great volume and sound is crisp. I would recommend this product.

Super easy to pair
I got this for music in my workshop. I was able to pair it to my phone immediately when I turned it on, no trouble. The sound is really good, a definite improvement over the phone’s speakers. The remote is nice to change the volume across the room. The subwoofer adds depth to the sound that I didn’t realize was missing before.

Got this sound bar for my daughters TV in her bedroom and couldn’t be happier with it. Easy to install/setup as it has all the connections including Bluetooth and it sounds great! You can’t go wrong with this sound bar!
