I only have two small speakers—where’s the big soundbar? Does it come with a long soundbar and two speakers?
No, it’s just two joinable soundbars that can be connected into one long soundbar,
or you can set them up separately as two vertical tower speakers.
Why is there sound from only one soundbar and no sound from the other soundbar?
You must connect them with a cable. If not, only one speaker will have sound.
The package includes two cables: one long and one short.
Why does my TV remote control not control the sound bar?
Our sound bar can only be controlled by the remote control that comes with the soundbar and are not compatible with other remote controls.
Why isn’t there any sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?
Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting – Different TVs have different sound settings.
Why won’t my soundbar connect or disconnect?
The connection methods of different brands of TVs are different. Please refer to the manual for details.
For older versions of TVs, it is recommended to use optical fiber or AUX connection.

Easy to connect and works great!
My TV developed a rattle/vibration in the speakers which was sometimes so bad it was hard to hear what was being said. I almost bought a new TV but opted instead for a sound bar. This one is small, and versatile with the ability to set it up as 2 separate speakers or attach them into one long speaker. It can be hung in a wall, but the hardware they send for that is a bit too small and the instructions actually said “not recommended for long term use, easy to fall off”. WHAT?! So I got my own (larger) drywall anchors and crews and it’s now hanging securely on my wall below the TV. It was easy to connect, with lots of connection options. Since my TV is old, my only option was the auxiliary port , but it works great. The sound is good, and I can hear the vocals on the TV again!

An incredible product. We have a slightly older TV without the audio HDMI but it has the optical out and it works amazingly. I love the fact that we can play from our phone while relaxing and then if we want to watch TV later, you just hit the button on the top right and it picks up the input thats playing automatically. The sound is fabulous as well. The only thing to know is that they are not wireless themselves. They connect together which limits the distance they can be placed apart but they really work for us. The wire is probably 48″ long, maybe a bit shorter, so thats as far apart as you can place them. Also the distance the remote works from is a bit short as well. Ours only reaches about 8 to 10 feet from the unit, just something to think about.

Huge upgrade from my TV speakers!
Honestly, I didn’t expect much at this price, but this sound bar completely surprised me. The sound is super clear, and the bass has way more punch than I thought it would. Movies and music both sound awesome — it’s a huge upgrade from my TV’s built-in speakers.Setup was super easy. I connected it to my TV with Bluetooth in less than a minute, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. I love that you can use it as one long bar or split it into two separate speakers — the stereo effect is great when you do that.The remote is simple, and I like being able to switch between movie, music, and game modes. It also looks nice — clean design that fits in with everything else in my living room.Overall, this thing’s a steal for the price.
