Great for collaboration
I recently used this smart board, and it’s been a great experience overall. Setting it up was really easy, and it works perfectly fine. One of the standout features is that you can use all 10 fingers at once to draw multiple lines, which is really fun and useful for interactive sessions. The display is highly responsive, making it smooth to use. However, the operating system could use an update to improve some features. Overall, it’s a solid tool for collaboration and presentations, offering a lot of potential for team work and presentations.

Not worth buying
Honestly , the quality sucks. The ad and info stated that it was HD And from the very moment I turned it one and installed I knew it wasn’t at all HD. It takes forever to start, the remote control literally has to be placed infront of the tv and buttons needs to be pushed hard for the volume to go up and down. The Manual also isn’t great , and doesn’t have a number where you can get customer service. The videos are very pixelated as if it’s a bunch of squares. It is definitely not worth the amount being paid.

This company is amazing. The first board I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me at no extra cost. Then when the product arrived damaged due to the shipping company, they immediately sent a replacement. I have had efficient, clear communication from the seller from the beginning. No one can control everything but they absolutely fix every problem that comes up.The board itself works wonderfully and I am very pleased with the product. I had it professionally mounted and the set up was so easy. It does everything it said it would and more.I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

It’s ok but…
It’s ok, but….1. It comes without a windows license, it really is just an android whiteboard. Paying this much and than not including the windows OS license? If you are going to NOT include the license you should clearly say you don’t include that in the title in BOLD.2. The camera is NOT 20MP. It is a very low quality camera, super blurry. It’s is passable, but by no means is it good.I got it as more a proof of concept and I needed something fast. It has been useful but I wouldn’t buy this again.

Great price! Performs well. Could use better documentation. I feel there is so much more that can be done to make this more productive, but it is not intuitive, so some for of online manual or instructional video would be beneficial

Problem Solved
I have bought this twice so far. The first one arrived damaged. Most likely a shipping issue. The second one has issues internally that is supposed to be a tech issue across all of them. Since it’s last update was 2020 it’s outdated. So the android site of this won’t allow login to the play store for apps. The windows side of it also will not allow app purchases or downloads through the windows store app. It’s also outdated. It won’t do it because it wants updates to be done and it can’t update because it’s blocked. I bought windows pro upgrade (since it makes you get your own activation key for windows). I also purchased a regular windows 10 pro license and a windows 11 license. None work. The windows 10 and the upgrade doesn’t allow updates. The windows 11 won’t go on this device at all. The seller reached out and was able to explain that I had an outdated version. He offered me a full refund or a replacement. Which is rare in this industry considering the prices of these. So I’d say he went above and beyond to help me with my issue. And it was resolved.
