Good Strength and Good Heating Mode
This was a great product with a very durable build, especially considering the way I have been throwing it around and using it over the last few days. I work at my desk (at home) on a computer and mouse a lot, so my neck is really stiff at the end of the day, which causes me problems. The massager features multiple modes and strength profiles, allowing you to select a soft or extremely firm setting. It is also quite compact, so I plan to take this to the office when and if I need to return in person, and it will easily fit in my bag. The heating feature is a very nice value add, and only eases the tension more when under more stress.

Takes one or two tries to get used to how to strap it on but once you do it’s like a heavenly experience definitely highly rated in my opinion I recommend this product Only Downside is the battery 🪫 takes forever to fully charge but the benefits outweigh the battery so she’s a keeper

It was easy to setup and the controls are intuitive enough to quickly get an understanding of what they do. The massager itself works well and the heat is a really nice touch for pain relief. My husband who is wide shouldered and thick necked had issue getting it on and in position, it didn’t have enough power to break through his muscle and felt like a gentle tickle for him LOL. Overall for a normal person, I think it is a good massage device to get through some tightness and or a headache.

Nice compact size massager!
Nice compact shoulder massager. The circulation and pressure are just perfect to massage my shoulder and neck after a long day in the office. The compact size is also easy to bring it to travel and enjoy the massage through out the trip. The outlook and touch feels just like real leather and the heating is nice and even around the whole shoulder and neck. It’s awesome. Recommend!

Wished I bought this a long time ago!
I have terrible neck and back issues from constantly sitting in front of my computer all day for work. It was a little awkward to get it to fit properly on my back and neck but once I got the hang of it, I am obsessed with this thing. It hits all the points of my back, shoulders and necks that my partner could not do properly without getting tired! The pressure is amazing that I have to make sure I actually take a break in between each session as it only lasts about 10mins before turning off. Haven’t used the heat option yet as I don’t prefer it but my partner loves the heat capability that comes with it. Great purchase! Wished I bought it a long time ago!

Omg what can I say about this..I have a neck fusion. My neck hurts ALL the time. It’s stiff, it’s knotted, it’s sore and by the end of the day my muscles are so tight and inflamed I usually have a migraine. I thought I’d give this a shot, because I have to try something. I am extremely surprised at how well this little thing massages. I was worried it wouldn’t be strong enough but it does a pretty amazing job. I like to use the multi cycle on low heat. Well worth the money.

I’m not sure if there is an adjustment period for this, or if it’s just getting the settings right – but the first few times I used this on my neck, I thought it was just a gimmick. But after trying different settings, and adjusting the strap to the correct set up, this just keeps getting better. At first, I didn’t even think that the fingers warmed up. But they do, it’s not hot like a heating pad, but a relaxing warm. It is heavy and kinda awkward to first put on, but once it starts working I’ve forgotten that. For my job I sit at a computer and have stiff neck and shoulders. I like to pop this on part way through my day and it is like a nice treat, getting a massage mid way through work. I don’t know how it does it, but there are motions it massages that feel like a human massaging! It does apply enough pressure to work the muscles. I’ve been able to ‘crack’ my neck after a10 minute cycle because it’s relaxed the muscles enough. Yes, it only runs for 10 minutes. I think there should be more options, at least 10 minutes and 20 minutes. Also some indicators as to what setting has been selected would be helpful. It just beeps. The instructions say press once for heat only here, twice for here — but you have no clue at which point you are starting. It’s just random pressing buttons and beeping until you find settings that work best for you. Even with that I still think this is 5 stars.

This is a tricky one to review. First off, while I have tried several massagers (back/neck and feet), I have never seen anything like this one. The concept is great, and some of the functionality is very good. But there are some design flaws that have me wavering towards a three star rating. However, I will give the benefit of the doubt due to some very good positives, and my inexperience with this specific type of neck massagers.Unlike my back/neck combo massager, this one is definitely more focused and dedicated to the neck, and as a result, much more comfortable and effective.Here are some points where it needs improvements however:-Visual or audio feedback on setting level. I have no idea what strenth, heat level, or mode I am on. I just have to guess.-Odd mode switching. In my first massage, it just randomly switched massage modes near the end. I dont know if this is by design, but it doesn’t seem to mention it should be doing this.-Awkward control placement: you cant see the controls at all once the massage is strapped on. So very difficult to change modes, and when combined with no visual or audio feedback, really clumsy to operate.-Buckle: the way this buckles up (on the back rather than the front), is awkward, but not overly so. Not a significant issue, especially since once it is on it feels quite well placed and securePros:It really is comfortable, and the neck massager is eerily realistic to a human. It is actually a bit creepy at first. Although I will admit I feel this way with most massagers when I first use them. However, this neck massager I feel is more realistic than any massagers I have used, and I feel will be quite effective for treating my neck pain and oncoming migraines.-Despite the back nodes not reaching my scapula, they do still add to the overall effect and feel of a real human massage.Wishes:I do wish the two nodes that massage the upper back were adjustable in length to reach the scapula. My neck pain is highly related to my scapula pain. However, no points off for this as I can see how this would be a rather complicated engineering feet, and would require stronger materials and motors. So this would likely be a high end luxury modification

This massager works well for my neck pain, especially after sleeping in a wrong position. The heat and deep-kneading function relax my muscles fast. I also enjoy that it can be used anywhere as it is cordless. I am using it everyday now for shoulder and neck relax. Highly recommended!

For the most part, I am absolutely loving this Shiatsu neck & back massager. It both looks and feels high quality. I love that it is wireless so I can take it on the go or even wear it while doing dishes, etc.The massaging arms can be adjusted as can the settings for the heat temperature and the massaging speed/style.Where i find fault is the strap to secure around tour back, to keep the massager in place. With limited mobility, this can be difficult. However I found that if I simply sit down and hold the strap, they massage does its job leahing me feel relaxed
