Lightweight, Great Charge, Swivels Great
The BEST vacuum EVER! This thing picks up cat and dog hair like nothing else we’ve used before. I also love how incredibly lightweight it is. It’s so easy to use – cordless, turns/swivels beautifully, holds a charge well and super easy to dump out all the dirt after without getting it everywhere. I never would do the vacuuming in our home, but now I actually ENJOY it.

Stumble Over Cords?
This cordless sweeper is the handiest tool to have around for quick pick-ups, and looks good on the sidelines. Easy is the word. No cord, no filter problems, and handles tile floors and carpets. Love it.

Great vacuum!
I Love this vacuum!! I am a stay at home mom who is constantly cleaning up after kids and 2 dogs and have had multiple vacuums and I have to say this is the best one hands-down! I love that this vacuum is lightweight and Bends and swivels to reach under furniture and in tight spaces. My favorite part is the no hair wrap brush roll and the blue light so I am able to see all the dirt and dog hair on the floor. Unlike other wireless vacuums I have had this one has great suction power and picks up a lot on carpet as well. I would highly recommend this vacuum!

Easy to use. Doesn’t last very long.
To start with….I love this vacuum. It’s lightweight, easy to empty and works great on my many carpeted stairs. Also it works over all the ruggables throughout the house. My other vacuum cleaners pull the top part away from the velcro and jam up the beater brush. This vacuum is powerful but manages not to get jammed up with the ruggables. My one big complaint: I go through one of these vacuums every year. I use it everyday on the first floor of my house. The problem: I go to start the vacuum by tapping the power button and nothing happens or for a brief moment it starts and then dies. I watched the YouTube videos on troubleshooting for this model and followed the instructions. They indicated that almost always the above “behavior” means there is a plug or jam. I keep the filters clean and have checked for jams (there haven’t been). I chalk this up to a year of constant use and after all for the price I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise that it doesn’t last past about a year and a half. And because it would cost more than I paid for it to repair it I just by another. I have a standby corded Dyson to pick up the slack. I don’t like having to dispose of my no longer working Sharks in a landfill.

Not happy.
There are exactly two things I like about this vacuum – the portable size/weight and the fact that it’s battery operated. That is where the love ends. I don’t think I’ve written a “bad” review before, but my annoyance about this product has compelled me to do so. Our home is 90% wood flooring with one decent sized low-nap area rug – seems like we should be a perfect fit for this type of vacuum, but I find that there are more things it WON’T suck up than stuff it will and this is very noticeable with bare feet on a wood floor. My list of things this vacuum won’t suck up -1. Cheerios (or similar small pieces of cereal/crackers/what-have you.) We have a child and these items are at least 50% of the reason we vacuum in the first place. It might fling it, even break it…but it really doesn’t want to suck these up.2. Sand or rock chips – we live on a gravel road. Little tiny bits of rock and sand end up around our doorway…this vacuum appears to suck them up, only to spit them back out elsewhere in my home as I continue to vacuum. I think they just get caught in the brush. I’m not talking big rocks here…just teeny little bits of sand! I’ve tried with both speeds of the brush – the higher speed just flings them everywhere.3. Small scraps of paper – see number 1. We have a child. Why are these tiny lightweight bits of paper so difficult to vacuum? I can go back and forth over it 20 times and MAYBE it will suck it up if I hit it just right.4. The straw that broke the camel’s back today? A plastic swing tag. You know, the kind that holds a price tag onto a new shirt – only minus the actual price tag. Just a tiny, insignificant piece of plastic and it WOULD NOT SUCK IT UP. I tried every angle. I tried for longer than I care to admit. I would have wasted less time and energy by getting a broom and dustpan (for all the above, really!)I will say, this this thing WILL suck up pet hair fairly decently. That’s really all I have to say that’s positive about the suction. We tried troubleshooting as much as we could – emptying out the vac regularly, etc. No dice. So, onto the next problem – somewhere around the third week of usage, our unit came apart right where the floor portion meets the upright portion (photo attached.) There is nothing that broke from what we can tell – just sort of a plug that pushes into a groove (with no locking mechanism), so very easy to put back together, but now comes apart every time we pull the vacuum back towards us when vacuuming our area rug. It’s literally so loose of a connection, that we now have to push it around (no pulling!) on the rug to vacuum it which seems like a heck of a lot of fuss considering it still doesn’t suck up the stuff. We purchased this as a replacement for a vacuum that never gave us trouble until it just died one day. I just bought a newer version of that vacuum here on amazon. I’m done with this thing!

This Shark Vacuum is the best!
I was so pleased when I found this vacuum cleaner. I have a Shark ION Flex and after six+ years of use at my home & a B&B it had seen its days. Looked for a flex stick replacement and Shark did it again. A great vacuum, that really picks up the sand and dust of southern Utah. Its weight is so much lighter, so easy to maneuver on my tile floors, automatically senses an area rug and goes into rug mode without any input from me. It is smaller and more light weight. The head lights highlight the dust areas, so you don’t miss a thing. This is an all-around great vacuum cleaner. Love the way it parks. The run time was good; I did buy an extra battery however as my home is large. pictured the old, (blue) to the new (white) Update after using a moth: my house is so clean and found the dirt left by other vacuums led to running nose and my husband’s chromic cough. No more, I don’t have a Kleenex in hand at all times. My husband’s cough has disappeared. Thank you, Shark, for such a great product. Ten stars in my book. 🌟

Great Vaccum Cleaner
This vaccine gets the job done. Very good suction and ready anytime to remove from charger and use. I’m so glad they still make this one, it is my second one.

Cordless with good function

It’s ok but if I chose again I’d send more and get something that is more flexible and can fit into tight spaces.

I have a dog and this guy is a life saver for dog hair and word floors. I have it plugged in in the corner of my office. Whenever I notice a bit of hair collecting I just quick run around the house with this vacuum for 15 minutes. It’s light weight, super easy to use, and the fact that it’s cordless is just amazing. Absolutely perfect.
