Best mop invented!!
My search is finally over:)) I work full time, have four little ones and no cleaning help. So I needed something quick, easy, and efficient. The shark steam and scrub mop does it all! I love the cord so I don’t have to rush before the battery runs out. The water tank holds more then enough without refilling (for my space at least), no cleaning solution necessary, no emptying and refilling buckets. I just pop off the pads and throw them in the wash. This mop has gotten out every tough stain using just water (steam). I couldn’t be happier. I now have clean sanitized floors, with minimal effort. Great Steam Mop at a Great Price!
Shark products have always been great and Shark’s customer service, whenever a problem has occurred has been first rate. We purchased the steam mop to clean sealed, white marble floors. The mob was fantastic. It got out stains that regular mopping, even with marble cleaner, was unable to remove. The scrubbers attached easily and clean easily in the wash. I also love that it is just water cleaning the floors rather than all the chemicals. Would highly recommend!

User friendly but…
Excellent, user-friendly steam mop. My only complaint is that Shark dropped the ball by not creating a way for it to stand up. I have a large open living area, and when I’m cleaning and need to unplug to go to another outlet, I have to take the mop with me to lean it against the wall. Even with that, it still doesn’t always stay up, and I am always worried it will scrape the wall. It’s also inconvenient for storing the mop.My other complaint is that there is no on/off button! To turn the mop off, you have to unplug it, which is inconvenient. I typically have to walk on the floors I just cleaned when they are still damp, to unplug the mop to turn it off. A big oversight! I’m learning to be more strategic about the process so I don’t have to walk on damp, clean floors, but seriously, what an error in design.Now, aside from that, I love this mop. It heats up quickly, and it’s easy to add more water using the provided container. I find the cord length suitable for my home, but I have a lot of outlets. If you don’t have many outlets, the cord length might be too short.My favorite feature is the reversible, detachable mop heads! So handy when they are all used up and filled with dirt, and believe me, they will be dirty because this mop works so well! I also love the fact that I don’t need to buy a separate floor cleaner. Just let the water heat up, and you won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend this steam mop if the two things I mentioned aren’t an issue for you. I’ve adjusted, but if Shark creates another mop that stands up and has an on/off button, I’d buy another one without hesitation!Don’t forget to buy additional mop heads! You may go through a couple when cleaning because they get dirty fast, and I don’t have kids or pets!Happy Cleaning!

I would buy this again. In fact I have!I bought one for an elderly family member who was having a hard time pushing a mop back and forth (along with all the other daily chores in life). And this made a “daunting” task much easier. After seeing how much he loved it and how it just made moping so effortless, I got one for myself, not that I needed it but I liked how it made me excited about mopping. Ahh it’s the little things!It gives a nice deep clean without all the manual labor. Its so easy to manuver I can hold it with a finger and it does the work for me. Just point and it goes. (Now I dont do that the entire time I’m using it, but you get the point.)It uses distilled water which is normal for steam machines and I can do an entire room on level three with a full tank or do three rooms on level one, more or less. The cord length is generous. I like that it has lights in the lower front to help show the dirt and that the lights are easy on the eyes because they’re not in your direct line of sight. That was smart and great for light sensitive people. I like that im using less chemicals in my house to clean since its just steam, but it works so well to get up stuff a vacuum can’t.Because it’s steam it takes a little while to dry the floors so I plan my route to where I’m ending at a couch or another room that I don’t need to do so I can hang out and do things like amazon reviews while it dries. And there will be swirl marks as you mop but they go away once it dries. I’m planning on getting another set of the washable pads so I can separate kitchen, bath, living room etc. It seems to be well made. It’s definitely worth the money spent.It’s a perfect gift for an elderly person, anyone who needs to take it easy on their body or anyone who wants to deep clean with ease. I bet the kids would even start mopping with this thing. I’d say it’s totally worth it. Give yourself a break and get it, or even gift it.

Holy Smokes! This scrubbing steam mop is the best purchase I have made in a while. My 1st time using it to clean my wood floors, I was just going to clean the kitchen, but I ended up doing the whole 1st floor. AMAZING. Quiter than expected, I could use this even when husband is asleep. I had to refill the water reservoir a couple of times, but it is real easy to do. My floors are cleaner than they have ever been. Washable pads are being washed now. I think I’ll order a few more – I really want to do more flooring!I just can’t say enough positive comments. So happy I made this purchase. Now I think I’ll get one for my sister for Christmas.

Be aware that although this product is advertized on Amazon.ae and was listed as an EID special, this product is not suitable for the UAE as it requires 120V/60hz and is not compatible with power sources in UAE. In all fairness ,this was listed in the description and I did not scroll down to review all the specs before purchasing. The 1 star review is not a reflection of the performance but rather as a notice to shoppers to mindful before adding to cart.

El primer día que lo use no me pareció tan increíble como decían las comentarios, luego al día siguiente le di una segunda oportunidad y así sucesivamente me di cuenta que fue la mejor compra que hice en el 2021… el piso lo deja perfecto, no pule pero el brillo que se ve no tiene comparación a cuando lo haces con jerga. Me encanta que solo uso poca agua y no uso más líquidos químicos. Mi esposo dice que siente hasta la diferencia cuando anda descalzo e incluso nuestras plantas de los pies ya no quedan tan sucias como antes. Diario lo uso y hasta ahora lo amo.Todo mundo debería tener uno!Llegó antes de tiempo!

Love this steamer. My first steamer so I have no other product to compare it to, but it does a great job cleaning. Cord is long which is a bonus. The dirt on the mop cloth after a cleaning on my ceramics is impressive, and tiles have never looked better. (Use the highest steam setting for ceramics). However this model does not have a grout cleaner head, so doesn’t get into the groves for my grout, but I am ok with that.For my hardwood, I have found for it to work best that you need a brand new clean mop cloth after cleaning ceramics (buy extra for yourself separately, you will need them), and put on lowest steam setting. Move quick over wood, and then always rest the steamer on a ceramic area of your home if taking break from hardwood floor cleaning, not on the wood as too much water sitting on hardwood is bad for the wood. I like to buff damp hardwood floor with a separate dry hardwood floor mop, one that I already had, as this takes off the damp haze that might form, which makes the hardwood floor look shiny brilliant! I also use the same technique for my basement’s laminate wood floors, and works really well there as well.I actually love cleaning my floors now and don’t avoid it, lol!

Can’t tell you how the machine performs because it’s arrived with a foreign plug attached . Not the normal 2 pin for Europe either . Cross that I now have to research for an adaptor .
