I own a home cleaning business and I switch around my products frequently to find items that help me get the job done easier, do a better job, and are safe use for all homes. I set out to find a steamer that is safe for hard wood floors so I’m not using an old gross mop over and over dragging the same dirt around the house. I found this and was intrigued by the spinning brushes so of course I had to get it and try it out. Man, what a game changer! The brushes literally do all the work. It’s to easy to add water and change out the little mop heads and best of all? The floors are cleaner and honestly way shinier than over ever seen. All of my customers are impressed and super happy and some have even ordered their very own. Keep up the amazing work shark!

I love this steam mop! Nice to not have to use chemicals with pets in the house….gets the flooors very clean!

The steam mop is the best I have ever used. It has two rotating disc with the pads that scrub the floor. it is fairly easy to add water. The access is like a funnel that you just pour water into. It gets extremely hot almost too hot to touch when you remove the pads to change your mop pads it cleans awesome it’s easy to maneuver just by twisting the handle on different directions and it’s definitely an improvement over the other steam mops. It seems to have plenty of power to handle whatever you’re using it on ours is just a luxury vinyl hard floor. You do have to change out the pads often once they get dirty otherwise it does cause a film on the floor, but that’s just maintenance to be aware of another nice thing is it will stand up by itself. You don’t have to lean it up against the wall well worth the money by with confidence.

Works ok, however I got a manual for a dehumidifier, not for the Mop.

This was the best Mop I have ever used in my life, however, it only lasted two months, and the company refused to help me. They directed me to the original shark company, who also could not help me. My advice to US. Do not purchase this Iron From This company because they will leave. You stranded with a mop that you pay for. And then don’t help you when it dies. Two months after the two month warranty.

I am 72 years old and active, but half my house is tile floors and it got tough keeping them clean beyond vacuuming. This has been a lifesaver for me. It steams, too! I have had it for over a year and it still works great, saves me professional cleaner $$$ and fluffs up the area rugs like new.
