Smart, Efficient, and a Total Time-Saver!
This Shark robot vacuum cleaner has been a game-changer for keeping my floors clean with minimal effort. It navigates smoothly around furniture, gets into tight spots, and picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair really well.I love how easy it is to set up and control via the app — scheduling cleanings and checking the battery status is super convenient. The vacuum is surprisingly quiet and doesn’t get stuck, even on rugs and uneven surfaces.Since getting this, I spend way less time vacuuming and more time relaxing. If you want a reliable robot vacuum that actually does the job, this Shark is a fantastic choice!

Vacuum seems ok, app needs an update or something
Edit: it works fine now. I had to run it a couple of times but the app sort of “kicks in” after it cleans a few times. I moved the unit, remapped the house, divided the map into rooms, and now everything is great. A five! Just be patient. This app still won’t let me register the vacuum. It just keeps telling me something went wrong, try again. That seems to be the only issue now. You can adjust the suction level at each clean. Presently I’m using on carpeted floors. It does pick up, but not as well as my full size vacuum. I think it would be fine on bare floors.

GREAT for hard floors!
After using the Suckmaster 3000 (that is it’s name) for a couple weeks now, overall I love it. I find the app easy to use, I like that I can put in “no-go zones.” It’s pretty quiet, and it’s SMART. This makes my old Roomba look like a cave man bumping into literally everything and cleaning very little. The Suckmaster on the other hand is great at navigating objects, no problem with floor vents, it methodically vacuums every square inch it has access to. It works GREAT on hard floors. The one drawback is it sucks (not in a good way) on any carpet. I have very low rugs, all the way up to very thick shag-type carpet. It doesn’t pick up anything off of any of them. That’s okay, I can just hit those with my stand up vacuum once a week.Conclusion: great little vacuum if you have hard floors. I have two short-medium haired 65 lb dogs. It has no problem with their hair. The dirt reservoir in the base unit is great because I don’t need to clean it out everyday, maybe once a week.Don’t bother if you need it for a lot of carpet. Also, finding replacement parts that aren’t straight from Shark was a little tricky.

I love this vacuum. I own the shark matrix that I use downstairs works perfect. I ordered another matrix and it would not connect and kept saying to empty the trash holders. Very loud no help from the shark customer service. I gave up and returned. I still wanted the robot vacuum for my upstairs thus I ordered this shark navigator. It connected in perfectly with the sharp app that I already have. Had to wait about an hour for it to charge enough to map the upstairs, mapped the upstairs perfectly and avoids the stairs. It’s quiet too. Not sure why the matrix did not work maybe just luck of the draw. If I had not already had the first Robo vacuum that worked so good I would not have tried another as it was super frustrating to try and set up one that does not work straight out of the box. I like that this navigator is a bit smaller and refined looking than the matrix I have. You still have to vacuum occasionally but these vacuum sure make life easier and cleaner with dogs. The vacuums do not bother any of my dogs. I have had no issues with battery life on the matrix and this one I have not used enough yet to judge the life of the battery. I would buy this again.

Very happy with SHARK
Love this, Shark. I have a dog who sheds terribly. I run this every workday morning, while am getting ready for work. I have it programmed. It does a great job. Because my do sheds so much, I do empty the waste about 2-3 times a week. Well worth the money. The only problem I had setting up was I did not have it close enough to the router (which it does state in instruction) But one I recorrected that it was a snap to set up. Also, the app is very easy to navigate. It isn’t very loud at all.

This item is great! Easy to program and control. This item does a great cleaning job. It has mapped out the house and cleans it in 155 minutes. It recharges and continues the job halfway though. I’ve used it 4 times and have no complaints.

Impressive!
This is a mini powerhouse. Now that I finally used it, I am very impressed with it.The vacuum deep cleans; if I had floors without carpeting I would have the vac that also mops.I was concerned about it moving over additional rugs in the house but it just moves over them with no problem.Recommending this product to several friends.

This vacuum has made life so much easier. I have it programmed to clean everyday. I have all hardwood floors and a couple small rugs. It was pretty easy getting the house mapped out, setting everything up probably took me a half hour. The app is so neat and gives you updates on how the robot is doing during the clean. I come home to clean floors every day! The only thing I would have negative to say about this product is the first couple days, we came home and had to play find the robot because it kept getting stuck, then would die so we couldn’t find it on the app, so we had to search the entire house for it. One day we found it literally inside the underneath of our couch🤣 after robot-proofing the house, it does its job and does it well! Sometimes it does get hung up with stuff getting stuck in the brush roll but I feel like those are common problems you are going to have. Overall I love it, it saves me time during the week to do other things around the house. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

Remarkable smart vaccum cleaner. It even navigates the legs of chairs.Easy to train, easy to run. Gets lots of dirt and dog hair. I started with a clean house so it had a fresh start. One week in and our house is a clean as it was when I started. Very surprised.
