You can freely select different mopping and vacuuming modes on the app to clean your home.
Designed to Reach Where Dust Hides: The Roborock Qrevo CurvX— the slimmest Roborock yet, only 7.98 cm, is designed for unreachable spots under sofas and cabinets, capturing hidden dust and delivering a deeper, more thorough clean.
80°C Hot Water for Truly Clean Mops: The Roborock Qrevo CurvX uses 80°C hot water to dissolve stubborn stains and grease, ensuring your mops are thoroughly cleaned and hygienic with every use.

Industry-First AdaptiLift Chassis: The Roborock AdaptiLift Chassis technology brings a new level of versatility, allowing the robot to lift its entire chassis to 4cm max or adjust individual sections—front, rear, left, or right—based on the terrain. Whether tackling high thresholds or effortlessly maneuvering around furniture legs, it adapts seamlessly to your home’s layout, enabling smooth, uninterrupted cleaning. (roborock was the first in the robot vacuum industry to mass-produce a product featuring a liftable chassis system with three-wheel control, officially launching this technology in Q3 2024.)
RetractSense Navigation System: The Upward Range Finder accurately measures overhead clearance, ensuring the LiDAR retracts or rises at the right moment for smooth, uninterrupted navigation. In open space, the LiDAR sensor stays elevated, providing 360° panoramic scanning to map your home and chart the most efficient cleaning route. Under Low Furniture, the LiDAR sensor retracts automatically, shifting to a 100° rear field of view—precision-tuned for tight spaces.

When you’re not home, during cleanups, the robot can search for your pets and capture adorable snapshots of them. The robot vacuum can also recognize your pets automatically, and move aside in advance to prevent frightening your beloved pets.
Roborock App: The Roborock App is packed with powerful features. Beyond standard controls, it includes SmartPlan 2.0, which learns your cleaning habits and adapts to different room types and floor surfaces for smarter, more efficient cleaning tailored specifically to your home.

Best robotic vacuum! Much better than iRobot i7!
I wanted to wait for the Roborock s6 Max but realized that I did not need the s6 Max camera as we don’t have pets or children. I’ve had this vacuum for just over 2 weeks and it (named Nikola as in Nikola Tesla) is amazing and much better than the iRobot i7 it replaced! I will update if I notice any issues in the next few months.-Mapping-Only requires one run through an area to develop a complete map of the floor. I have two floors and it mapped both floors perfectly. My previous vacuum required 2-3 practice runs to develop a map and even then it still considered a downstairs room which was about 80% of the size with a different configuration to be the same as an upstairs room. Via the phone application, one can place no Zones for vacuuming and no Zones for mopping on the same map. Sizing the no Zones takes some trial and error. For my no mopping zones, I had resize the no go Zones 3 different times to perfect this for one area.-Navigation-It is very efficient and takes less than 1/2 time to vacuum a room/floor from the iRobot i7. A room that took the iRobot i7 37 minutes takes the Roborock s6 16 minutes. The application allows you to see in real time the vacuum path that Nikola is taking. It also does not bump into walls or furniture like other robotic vacuums, which the i7 did; so I named it Mr. Magoo. Also, because it uses Lidar, I can vacuum the entire downstairs at night without turning on the lights.-Battery life-It is said that the battery life is up to 180 minutes. This is true only if one is using it on the lowest suction. If you have all medium pile carpet, the battery life is closer to 90 minutes. The vacuum will return to the docking station when the battery gets to about 20-25% of its charge. When it charges up to 75%, it will restart from the area it left to finish that area. My downstairs, approximately 1,200 square feet, is a combination of medium pile carpet, 15% of the area, low pile area rugs, 35% of area, and hardwood floors, 50% of area, and this takes the vacuum 71 minutes. Upstairs, 1,500 square feet, is 90% medium pile and 10% tile and this takes about 93 minutes of vacuum time which does not include time to recharge as it drops below 20-25% charge.-Quiet. It makes so little noise compared to other robotic vacuums. I am able to keep the tv on normal volume and Nikola can vacuum away.-Software-The updates are great. With the latest update, you can map and save at least 2 different floors and I believe up to 3 floors. The vacuum can now clean over carpet that has black patterns or color whereas before this was not possible. My favorite part of the application is the “Maintenance” screen that shows how much time left to replace/clean certain parts of your vacuum. For example, I have 131 more hours left and then I should replace my filter or in 11 hours more of vacuum time, I should clean the bottom cameras/indicators on the vacuum, etc.-Mopping-I was not looking for a mop in a vacuum but I’m pleasantly surprised at how well the mop function works. The mop tank is not large but it can mop about 1,000 square feet of flooring. I used mostly water and some Bona to mop the hardwood floors and it seems to do a good job.-no Handle-My only suggestion would be to include a built in handle for the Roborock s6. It takes me 2 trips to move the docking station and the vacuum from one floor to another only because the vacuum unit does not have a built in handle that I can carry with only 1 hand.-6-5-20 Update on Rugs with black patterns. After my review, I noticed a number of others indicating that the s6 does not vacuum over rugs with black patterns. I read the same on various forums before I purchased Nikola. In fact, in the Facebook Roborock group, there was an entry on October 2019 that showed an s6 user with the same rug that I had (shown in the above photo) where he said the s6 could not navigate over his black patterned rug. So, I purchased a non-black patterned rug at the same time I purchased Nikola. (I hate needing to purchase one thing after buying something else; just like there is no such thing as a “free” dog.) Both the s6 and the new rug were supposed to arrive on the same day. Unfortunately, the rug arrived a week later but I was anxious to use Nikola. Over the week, he easily vacuumed 3 different times over my rug with the thick black patterns. Thus, I’m assuming there was a software update that arrived after viewing the October 2019 entry in the Facebook Roborock group forum that allows for the s6 to vacuum over rugs with thick black patterns. Or, the hardware that came with my white s6 is a later version to allow for this.

This product doesnt work like claimed
The product unboxing was super easy. The quality of the produck felt like it was well made. The docking base had a thick cord to charge the init as well as two decently sized tanks for new mop solution as well as old. EmptyingThe dust bin to the dock sound like a Boeing 747 was taking off in my living room. The vacuume itself is basically a joke. Somehow, this vacuum is able to go directly over hair or lint, or anything really and still manage to not pick it up regardless of what this suction level is on (1,2,3). However, it will manage to get a cell phone charging cord wrapped around the beater bar just enough to ruin the cord. It gets stuck going over transition strips, it gets stuck going under things. There is absolutely, nothing smart about this product. There’s no A.I. There’s no programming that I can see, it just seems that there is a g p s and a terrible map. Seems to me this product is not nearly ready for consumer use. I have no idea how this company thinks this is a product that has a value at all. It seems to me r&d has much more work to do. Let me put it to you this way. It does such a lousy job, (job being its entire reason for being) that I would not use this product if the company paid me $25 a month to do so. It’s a waste of time. It ruins things, its loud, it can go over a spot multiple times and never clean the spot, it just pushes things around. At the end of the day it is a net negative. My sister has had a different brand robot vacuume for a couple of years and it does a great job. But this one isnt there. Happy shopping!

Best money we have spent for effortlessly keeping the home clean.
Started out with a Shark Ion that basically was a dumb bot. It bounced around a room randomly sometimes never completely cleaning a large room before the battery went dead. I basically gave that bot to my wife so she could use it at her daycare facility, I’m sure it will entertain the kids.Enter the Roborock S6 which is a intelligent cleaning and mopping machine. This bot cleans my entire home which is just about 2000 square feet with a single charge. Carpet and hard-floors are cleaned very well. We have 3 long hair Shi Tzu dogs and the S6 picks up the dog hair without tangling in the rotating brush. The first couple of times we used it the dirt bin needed to be emptied twice during the cleaning process but because we set up a daily cleaning the dirt bin is now only half full after a complete cleaning. We use the mopping feature once a week giving the hard floors a double pass and they really look great. Although we did not purchase the S6 with the intention of using it to mop once I tried it we were sold on the idea. Would we make the purchase again, absolutely yes! This bot makes our home look 100% better and it takes very little effort to interact with the S6. The no go zones and the invisible walls you can build in the app keeps the S6 from tangling in wires and prevents it from going under furniture like the bed. This is a awesome smart vacuuming and mopping robot vacuum.

My Dreame L10 ultra stopped working after 3 years. I was happy with it and almost ordered another Dreame, but based on online reviews went with Roborock Curv….very happy I did. Much better suction and the app is much better than the Dreame app….although expensive it’s a well made and quality product and I am very happy with it
