Just bought my 2nd one
I have chronic back pain/issues ever since I was a kid (I’m now 59). I’ve tried SO many back products and contraptions so I feel I’m extremely certified to write this review. This works. Period. It’s SUPER easy to throw on, doesn’t cause me discomfort and it relieves my back pain. It’s also doing great at helping to correct my posture. A close friend, a fellow “hump backer” recommended this to me. This was brought to his attention by his chiropractor. He’s extremely fit so he wears the more advanced one. I however, while not a slug, do not visit the gym everyday. However, I’m on my feet constantly. I’m a woman, 5’5,” 165lbs. I’m a 38C/40B, but i have a broad back which measures 43 inches in diameter. I purchased the Regular Medium. I like this SO much I just purchased a second one.I’m constantly misplacing the first one and I’m at the point where I do NOT want to be without this. Yes, there are cheaper type products here on Amazon and elsewhere, but NONE like this. I HIGHLY recommend this. You can’t beat Amazon shipping and it’s returnable. Nothing to lose but back pain.

Great product and wonderful customer service
My physical therapist recommended that I buy one of these because I have poor posture and she thought it would be a good idea to use it at my desk when I’m working. Unfortunately, Amazon sent me a used product. It had no product info, packaging, or anything – just the item in a plain plastic bag. Boo. I contacted the manufacturer and they have AMAZING customer service. Not only did they respond right away, but they also overnighted me a new product. They explained that Amazon fulfills their orders and never should have sent out what they did! That aside, the product is really nice. It takes some getting used to for sure. I think the hardest part for me is the part under my arms. I like the reminder to have correct posture – no question – but it is taking me a bit of time to adjust to having something under my arms. It’s not uncomfortable, but you know it’s there. I have been wearing it a lot at my desk particularly at the end of my work day when I tend to be tired of sitting and really slouch. Great product and highly recommend this company!

Falls apart after 4 months of light use – Insulting response from the president of the company
TLDR: Would not purchase this product unless you are okay with paying $14 shipping every time a replacement is needed.I initially purchased this product in June of 23, and it started to fall apart after a few months of use. The foam handles are extremely delicate and have zero reinforcement. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement, and they sent one without hesitation. However, after another few months, I ran into the exact same issue. I only use this to do pull aparts (as described in the manual) a few times a week when my back is aching at work.Upon contacting the company regarding another replacement, my message was forwarded to the president of the company when I questioned why they were wanting me to pay $14 to ship a product that clearly has a defect and a supposed ‘lifetime warranty’. I will post the response I received below – I am not sure why he is making references to rubber, as the issue I am having is with the foam handles. They clearly have zero plans to improve the product or even investigate the issue, and I am blown away at such a response directly from the president regarding such a simple inquiry.Note: my original review was removed, I think for including the email addresses and names of the owner, hence the redaction:Please see below from the President.Hey —, he bought the first one in June and it lasted until November, then we sent him a new one and it’s lasted till now February. Our replacement policy takes consideration for general wear and tear and we are happy to replace his unit, but he MUST pay the shipping fee. Or he can swing by the office and we will give it to him. Furthermore, I have to buy new sneakers every 3 months, and new tires for my car every other year. All rubber products eventually wear out, and instead of us insisting that they go buy a new one at full retail, like I have to with my sneakers, tires,and every single other product that I have ever purchased. We are willing to eat the cost of the product but he must pay for shipping. Our replacement policy is unheard of in any category and at this point, if it is not good enough, then he will have to purchase a brand new one from Amazon, our website, or one of our thousands of chiropractors that offer the product. Additionally, we have been in operations for 12 years now, sold over 500,000 units and this is the ONLY person burning through these products so fast. My question is what is he doing with the product other than what is recommended? Since there’s no way for us to ensure proper use, again, we are happy to send a replacement but he must pay the shipping fee. Period. Have a nice day.

Update:It broke! I am also heartbroken. I wish it was more durable.I’ve had this for a year now and been using it to relieve neck and shoulder pain when I sleep on it the wrong way. It really helps with the pain, but I can’t stand to wear it all day as it starts to dig into my arm pits and back to the point of discomfort after 5 hours. I’d say it’s a well worth it purchase since I do crink my neck every so often, and it’s small enough that I just keep it in my bag at all times.I’m 5’3″ 125lbs and got a small. Fits great.

I had one of these years ago, can’t find it. I like this because it is simple, not bulky, provides the support I need without making me feel like I’m strapped into some archaic device. I just put it on over my clothes. Easy to get on and off. It may not be for everyone, but it gives me a reminder that I’m slouching and to pay attention to my posture.
