1. Locate the Live Wire, typically black and fed from the top entry.
2. Identify the Second Live Wire(red as usual) or Neutral Wire(white as usual), usually fed from the top entry.
3. Find the Load wires, which come from the heaters and are typically black, red, or other colors, usually fed from the bottom entry.

Does this product work with HVAC systems?
No, the product is NOT compatible with 24V HVAC systems, such as heat pumps or traditional air conditioning systems. Additionally, it is NOT compatible with electric underfloor heating systems.
What systems is this product compatible with?
The device casing dimensions (118 x 75 x 43mm) are ONLY suitable for North America. It can only be used with 100v-240v electric heating systems, such as baseboard heaters, convector heaters, and fan-forced heaters.
How to install this product?
1）Four-Wire Heating System: Connect the live wire (L), neutral wire (N), and load (LOAD) as indicated. 2）Multi-wire thermostat systems: Refer to the following wiring diagram or contact with our support department.
How to set up the device?
1) The device is a HomeKit version device. If you encounter configuration issues, please refer to the official FAQ “Can’t pair HomeKit?” 2) If you are an Android customer, you can directly download our meross app for connection pairing.
About the inaccurate detection of the temperature may occur and how to go about solving it?
The sensor is directly under the casing and can be affected by nearby heat sources. Adjust the installation position or use the Meross app to calibrate the product for accurate temperature detection.

Good WiFi signal is critical!
After many months of trial and error, I finally got these working as advertised and love them! We have a few in our Lake House a 3 hour drive away. At first, the results were unreliable. We had to keep resetting the system, which was difficult from 200 miles away. Turns out the problem was all in the WiFi. We recently replaced the WiFi provider & router and it has worked flawlessly since. (And we noticed a major improvement in internet response as well!) Response time from making a change on my phone to seeing it on the thermostat is nearly instantaneous – even when phone is using cell data (not connected to wifi.) However, the reason I’m giving 4 stars is it wasn’t easy to troubleshoot and determine what the issue was. I was surprised when the new internet connection and router completely solved the problems.The technician who installed our new fiber connection configured the router to reboot every night at 3am. I would recommend you do this too if your equipment allows this. Everything has worked flawlessly – 100% up time – since this update was done.I have an older wifi extender set up just for home automation. It provides a strong signal for the thermostats and also ensures the devices connect to a 2.4GHz wifi signal. Most home automation (not just Meross) won’t work with 5GHz. This isn’t a limiting factor. Even your phone only uses the 5GHz signal when you’re physically close to your router. The difference being your phone automatically switches between the 2.4 and 5 signals while most home automation equipment only includes circuitry for 2.4GHz. By using an extender with only 2.4GHz signal, I eliminate the possibility the thermostat may get confused between signals.We now have 4 Meross thermostats in the cottage. While we are away, I leave the remaining 4 mechanical thermostats set to minimum temperature as the 4 circuits covered by Meross are sufficient to keep the entire house above freezing.I love the ability to see temp and humidity outside the heating season as it helps me monitor the environment inside the house when we are away. We used to turn off the heat at the fuse box out of heating season. Now, we leave it on just so we have access to the temp/humidity monitors on the thermostats!Biggest benefits: 1) save on heating bill by setting inside temperature to a minimum while we are away, then increasing a few degrees when it gets very cold to prevent freezing the pipes – we don’t have to heat to that higher temperature all Winter, just when it’s very cold. 2) pre-heating the house when we do go up in the Winter. It takes a day for the floor and furniture to warm up after we’ve had the temperature low for a while. Being able to warm up the house the morning we are heading up really improves comfort that first night! 3) Increasing our ability to monitor the house while we’re away (often for long stretches in the off season.)I use the Meross app on my phone to control the thermostats. I tried using the Apple Home app, but I lose some functionality that way. The one drawback of the Meross app is it doesn’t allow for setting up multiple locations. I would like to use Meross with my residence as well, but don’t want to mix the devices between home and lake house on the same screens, schedules, etc. Too busy. I would LOVE to see Meross change the app to add the ability to control multiple locations from the same app.

Great Smart Baseboard Heater Thermostat!
Meross Smart Baseboard Thermostat with HomeKit.The Meross Smart Baseboard Thermostat is stylish and easy to install. While not emphasized enough in their paper directions the Meross app contains an excellent video which describes the installation process nicely. Be sure to download the app and begin the process of adding the MTS 200 thermostat to the app and the link for the video will be made available on the third page of the setup process. Be sure to watch it prior to any physical installation of the device. The only small element the video neglected was informing the user that the wall plate of the thermostat must be installed in the upright position as indicated by the text on the front of the wall plate itself so that the faceplate set screw points toward the floor. Following the app directions installing the thermostat in the Meross app (which connects directly to HomeKit in Apple) is straightforward. I was unable to connect on the first attempt; however, I reset the thermostat (by holding the up-and-down arrows simultaneously on the thermostat) and the second attempt worked flawlessly. For nearly the same price the Meross Smart Baseboard Thermostat is a much better value than a standard, manual seven day programmable thermostat due to its increased functionality. Multiple set points and times can be programmed as well as having more advanced features such as programable switching differential (the plus or minus temperature fluctuation before starting and stopping the heater) or having the thermostat turn off should there be a chill in the room from an open door or window. In addition, the thermostat monitors energy use providing a graph of energy consumption. While I have not used the thermostat during the heating season I believe it to be an excellent value for its functionality as well as its ease of instillation and use.Addendum to original review: now that the heating season has started, I can see that the thermostat does an excellent job of keeping the room at the required temperature. I can control the high and low range and I’m able to easily see the current temperature of the room on the unit. As mentioned before this is an excellent product and works well after installation.

Hola, he estado probando bien todo antes de hacer la reseña y aquí dejo mi opinión:Viene con todo, instrucciones que incluyen el español y en la caja el termostato muy bonito con su sensor cableado (opcional), y los tornillos porque he de decir que este termostato es para empotrar en una caja de registro o como en mi caso que tenía uno de superficie, yo le he puesto una caja de superficie y apenas sobresale del que tenía anteriormente.La instalación mas bien sencilla y antes recomiendo descargarte la aplicación meross y darle al + para añadir dispositivos y seleccionar MTS200 en mi caso caldera a gas, hay un video que te guía por todo el proceso.El termostato queda muy bien estéticamente y la mejora de pasar de un analógico a este es abismal.Tiene muchos ajustes, brillo, bloqueo para niños, programación, si detecta un bajón de temperatura se desconecta automáticamente (ventana abierta). Lo mejor es que se puede hacer todo desde la aplicación móvil, ya era hora de decidirme y dar el paso que era de lo poco que me faltaba por automatizar.Funciona muy bien, es sencillo de manejar y todo digital y encima se integra en mi Home Assistant.Compatible con Homekit.Que mas se puede pedir!!!

Avevo già acquistato questo termostato smart per sostituire uno classico che avevo in casa. Le impressioni sono state ottime, tanto da acquistarlo e installarlo anche a casa dei miei e poi acquistarne ancora uno sempre per un’altra stanza di casa. Intuitivo, si installa in pochi click, l’importante è avere nel punto in cui va installato i cavi della tensione per poterlo alimentare. Collegato tramite app alla rete WiFi di casa e il gioco è fatto, avrete la possibilità di accedere al vostro impianto di climatizzazione anche da remoto, permettendovi di poter settare tutte le impostazioni in base alle vostre esigenze. Dotato di display touch, vi sarà possibile regolare anche l’intensità della luminosità in base alle vostre preferenze. È dotato anche di un sensore che rileva le finestre aperte, in quel caso l’impianto si spegnerà per evitare inutili sprechi di energia per poi ripartire quando la finestra verrà chiusa. Si integra perfettamente ad ogni ambiente ed è davvero bello a vedersi, donando un tocco di modernità alla vostra casa. Consiglio l’acquisto, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente!

Collegati sia per riscaldamento a pavimento che per termosifoni e condizionatore. Funzionano molto bene, hanno tanti controlli sia con applicazione che manualmente. Collegati a Internet non si sono mai scollegati e sono molto reattivi. Si possono impostare programmi giornalieri e settimanali oppure manualmente per un tempo preimpostato. È possibile tarare anche la temperatura rilevata dal sensore in caso di poca precisione. Ne consiglio l’acquisto dopo vari termostati Wi-Fi provati questo funziona bene!
