Floors have never been cleaner!
This mop is amazing. It cleans my tile floors so well and I love not having to buy any mop solution. Just steam from distilled water and my tile floors have never been cleaner. It also heats up in less than 30 seconds so it takes no time at all to switch rooms.

Love it ! Love it. I have tried different brands and this hot water steamer works great in wood floors. It leaves the sensation of clean and no bacteria. Easy to use as you put water and it goes right away . I have this steamer for few months and still holding strong. The cord length is perfect and gives enough stretch to reach our 2-3 rooms. Be careful with the steam as it comes hot. No need to out detergent.

Works well has a nice sized water container. Wish the cord was a few feet longer and the mop area was a little narrower.

Great steam mop.
I love this steam mop. I have owned several different ones (battery operated and electric). This one is lighter weight and better shaped that I can handle it much easier. It steams with just water. I use distilled water to try to avoid mineral deposits. IMO, the floors look and feel cleaner than with even the more pricey units that we had. When I finish my floor, I remove the towel covering and toss it in the wash (but hang it to dry). This was a great little find for me. I use it on my ceramic tile floors.

I adore this steam mop. It is so easy to use and really gets my floors clean. I use this after I’ve mopped to get the floors super clean and so I don’t have any leftover residue. The long cord is an added bonus

Heats but water does not release from tank
When I received this steam mop, I loved it. I used it twice since the purchase and it now will NOT steam. The distilled water in the tank heats and the indicator light is at ready, but the water does not release from the tank into the scrubber which in turn does not go into the mop head. I would really like to return this for a replacement, but apparently the seller has closed the return window. I’ve now wasted money on this purchase. As a Kenmore, I thought I was receiving a good, reliable product.

Great Steam Mop
I owned a Shark steam cleaner in the past and liked the idea of a steam cleaner. I was tired of the Swiffer and of the old fashioned mop and bucket. I looked for a steam mop and like the idea of a Kenmore steam mop because I trust the Kenmore name. I was not disappointed! The mop heats up quickly and has great steam volume. I’ve only used it on the low setting so far. I like the idea of the mop heads you can just throw in the washer instead of disposable ones. Helps the environment. The only con I have is that in my opinion the cord is just a little too short. I highly recommend.

Total waste of time ordering from Amazon sg only to discover this only works on voltage in the U.S. What is the point of putting it on the sg website? Waste of time and returns.
