Very comfortable
Worth it. I forget it is on. Very comfortable to sleep with. I don’t want to sleep with my watch. Very acurate data and instantly uploads when I get up and take it off.

From a sleep nerd
First, I’m a sleep nerd. At least my wife calls me that. I wear a lot of sleep trackers to bed, including the Wellue 02 ring, Oura, and Whoop. Now I’ve added this to my repertoire, although it’s overkill. What it’s accurate on: HRV, and SP02 (although it only monitors your oxygen levels every minute – which is significantly better than only Oura, which does a snapshot like every 15 minutes and therefore will miss any potential breathing events. Also – I find the breathing variations to be accurate and in-line with my Wellue 02 ring.Comfort – a major plus, especially on nights I forget to wear my 02 ring. It will let me know with very good accuracy on nights that I have some breathing disturbances and signs of mild sleep apnea (which, are usually nights I drink alcohol).Last positive: battery life is truly 6-7 days. Now for the negatives: Sleep stages I would not rely on. It does ok with deep sleep but overestimates in most situations. I am also wearing an Oura and Whoop and they both are usually in sync and this is not in sync most of the time with those two – which in my opinion are probably the ones to go off of (but I am asleep so therefore it’s truly hard to say). Also – syncing is a major issue. In fact, there are nights it simply doesn’t even record my sleep. Or if it does, it ends up showing up much later in the day. This continues to be an issue about once per week.I do not wear a Garmin watch. The app is still useful. I wear the Apple but take it off at night in favor of the Whoop. For most people, this will be a more than suitable sleep tracker and will give you reliable HRV, and more importantly, give you insights into potential breathing disturbances you may be unaware that you have. For me, this is a secondary device that ends up as a 4th tracker at night, and the majority of people use one / two trackers at the very most, not four like me. That’s why I’m the sleep nerd 🙂

Like It!
Works great as advertised. Prefer this to my Enduro for sleeping! Not a fan of wearing a watch while sleeping! This band is very comfortable. Don’t even notice it while sleeping.Works for me.4 stars because I think it’s a little too expensive.

Big miss on this one…
I’m a huge Garmin fan–but this is a dud sadly. Perhaps I got a faulty device, but the experience has been bad so don’t want to try another one.I tried for 2 days to troubleshoot–turned bluetooth on/off several times, turned phone off/on several times, “forgot device” in app and on phone & re-added multiple times, made sure app was running in background, confirmed it was connected to both phone and app itself before bed, tapped the back of the pod firmly and quickly up to 15 times per the troubleshooting recs, etc etc etc. But (1) it never synced with the app a single time at night despite all of the above and (2) most annoyingly, it would vibrate on my arm randomly throughout the night and wake me up (yes, I checked all of the recommended settings to prevent this happening). So, turns out, the device that is supposed to give you stats on your sleep quality actually ruins it in the process. The one upside for anyone wanting to try it: it’s very comfortable to wear at night. I can’t sleep with any ‘extras’ on my body–I bought this because wearing my beloved Garmin watch is too bulky and uncomfortable since I sleep on my side. Garmin’s done a great job at making it comfortable–you can barely feel it on your arm.Garmin is a great company so I’ll most likely try this again in a few iterations, but this one’s going back.

Good product but hard to charge and limited analysis
Before the sleep monitor, I slept with my Garmin watch to track my sleep. The strap of the sleep monitor is definitely more comfortable to sleep with and makes sure you’re not hurting anyone during the night 🙂 This is a positive, but is it enough to shelve out $170? I am a bit on the fence there. I would have expected more data, more analysis. Maybe because the sleep monitor is new, this is still all to follow. I wonder also why the monitor is only for sleep, and not to wear continuously to monitor heart rate and activities during the day. Charging the device is another headache. While it works fairly okay for the watch, it’s a headache for the monitor. I have 2 cables and have to try my luck entering the cable until the green light flashesSo 2 stars, because it is a solid product and does well for what it is being sold and doesn’t charge well. No 5 stars, because of the limited use of the monitor

Comfortable and insightful
Most comfortable sleep monitor on the market. Gives me the stats I need, particularly getting new HRV measurements and trends that work together with my other Garmin devices to give me a complete fitness picture. Very useful for training.

Not certain about device’s accuracy
I’ve been using it for 2 weeks solely to monitor my sleep. The app shows lots of colorful information about phases of sleep, duration, etc. The idea of sensor on the belt is great too – very comfortable. And my first impression was pretty good corresponding for many nights to my own feel of how I slept. Don’t know whether it was a coincidence.Last night I had a very poor sleep but the device showed it as “excellent” even though I was awake at different intervals for the total of several hours. I am pretty certain that the device was attached to my arm in exactly same way as all other nights. Basically, that last night has ruined my trust. Plus the price of $169 seems to be very high although it’s not a majot factor. I hope it works better for other people.

Comfortable for side sleepers
Just what I needed. Wearing my Epix or a ring while sleeping doesn’t work for me. This tracker works well and gives you a ton of sleep data (3 nights, so far). It is very comfortable for a side sleeper
Amazon Customer –
Yes, it’s a comfortable arm band, but that’s about it. Sleep tracking is absolutely terrible. It cannot distinguish between times of low activity (such as when you’re reading in bed) and sleep and therefore gives you an incorrectly high sleep score. I bought it because I didn’t want to pay for it & wear my whoop 24/7 anymore, but it is a totally inferior product that is so inaccurate it will do nothing to assist you with training or recovery metrics.

Updated: device does “settle down” and has actually becone fairly accurate (in line with other industry devices). Convenient as its worn a band. Not a bad device just a little high on the price side. Placeholder review: I’m sceptical. The device still uses the Garmin format of setting your “sleep window”.The first night I tried to stick to the “window” to get a base set of data. The device did not record my sleep and wake time at all, I had to set it manually! The data between what I guestimated my actual fall asleep time was and wake time was recorded HRV etc but it feels to user dependent. I can go back at any time and edit the fall asleep and wake times. There is no device recorded start and finish it’s bizarre
