I’ve been using this for a few months, it’s a great hose for everyday use. It’s flexible but strong, and the material doesn’t show signs of wear even after regular use. Good hose, lightweight and water tight
I got this Velybrin 50-ft ultra lightweight hose to replace an ancient leaky rubber hose that I have been cursing for years every time I needed to use it. It is amazingly lightweight especially considering how long it is. It doesn’t kink, and is so much easier to put away on the hose reel than my previous cheapo rubber hose. There are washers at each end of the hose and they give a couple extra replacement washers. I did not have any leaking issues at either connection. The spray nozzle itself is fine, and I do like that it has a spray selector, but I suspect that since it’s plastic it won’t last as long as the hose itself.

Very nice – looks good – easier to use -no stiffness or good maneuverability — does kink a little for me when I roll it up on the side of the house — again easier to work with. No leak issues with end fittings.

Perfect for the price
Perfect for simple gardening, patios, and rinsing items outside. Is lasting well in the Arizona sun, not too heavy to move from front to back yard, and easy to connect to the spout. No leaks, even when twisted or kinks need to be adjusted, and can manage a fairly decent flow of pressure.

Excellent hose actually lives up to its description
Why aren’t all garden hoses made like this one? It’s lightweight, nice to the touch, lays out flat, rolls up easily, and DOESN’T KINK. The internal diameter of this model is small, about 1/2″, but there’s no reason a larger diameter hose couldn’t be made using the same materials and layering. The included nozzle is a basic plastic one but works fine.Excellent hose! I never thought I’d be able to say that about a garden hose after years of dealing with stiff, surly hoses that kinked if you looked at them the wrong way.

Edit 11/03/25 seller reached out and made the issue right by me. Increasing review from 2 stars to 4. Hoses are still great, I replaced spray nozzles with old school brass ones.——Edit 10/01/25 one of the sprayers no longer works on any setting. Had to pull the one off the other hose to water.——Bought 2, the hose is so much lighter and easy to use compared to what it replaced. Huge difference. The sprayer is not the best quality. Both have one setting that doesn’t work (same setting), and both leak a little no matter what you do with the washers
