I recommend this product!
These arrived on 4 packages – the stand in one, the 25lb weights in one (this package was torn but the weights were fine), the 20lb weights in another (this package was also torn but weights were fine) and the 15lb, 10lb, and 5lb together in the remaining. The weights are perfect! Many mentioned being oily but mine really aren’t. The stand perhaps has a scent so I will wipe it down. There were no specific instructions to buildnthe stand but it was easy enough to figure out. There was also a mat for the stand included, it could be a little wider to fit the stand but it is square and slightly smaller than the stand but nice for it to be included.

Great quality, slight odor/greasy (not an issue though)
I really like these! They came quickly, there is a bit of an odor, it’s rubbery and I’m not too worried about that. It’ll likely go away over time. They were a little greasy, kind of had a sheen on them but that went away after washing with dish soap and a good scrub. Overall good quality, cannot wait to use them!

Good dumbbell
Nice dumbbell with very good handles. But I have to warn you, it has a very strong rubber smell first out of the box. Follow the recommendation and put it outside or garage for a few days first and turn it around every day. Othe than smell first it’s nice dumbbells.

Great value dumbbell
These dumbbells are as designed and the knurling on the grips is nice and deep. The rubber coated ends are nice to help prevent floor damage in places where that’s an issue.

Good for the price
I bought the pair of 10lb for my son to keep in his room. For $29 delivered, I can’t complain. Their is a blemish burr in the metal on one dumbbell where the handle goes into the bell. It’s not on the grip area so I don’t think it’s an issue except maybe for hammer curls but you can turn the dumbbell the other direction and problem solved. Im pretty sure if I exchanged these the next pair would have some other blemish so why bother. As others have said, the handles are narrow. Not really a problem at this weight, and I think dumbbell handles have gotten ridiculously thick over the years anyway. (What’s the deal with that??) Yes, they smell like rubber. Any rubber fitness equipment will smell like that. That’s why a weight room smells like rubber. Rubber mats. Rubber weights. Rubber. Get over it, crybabies.
