I reviewed earlier that it was great but it hurts my arm pits but after awhile the pain is gone now i wear on my body under the thirt i wear it all it helped my posture i truly recommend it

A great addition for someone trying to get in shape.
As an older woman and who is trying to keep in shape, I purchased this over the summer to take walks in the evenings. This was a big adjustment as I was not used to wearing a weighted vest, but I lost a few pounds and it felt great. However, this is not for the faint of heart! No joke here! But I would 100% recommend for anyone of a certain age. He’s trying to get back in shape a little heavy but very comfortable considering.

Hard to put it on
This thing was a great concept and if you got a couple of people to help you put it on it does work but it is not easy to get on at all and you will most likely not be able to put it on by yourself I went by there quote video instructions“ and it did not work like they showed I loosened everything up put it on pull the straps and it wasn’t tight and took the required my wife and daughter to help me to tighten it up or otherwise when you walk it will rub and if you have a thin shirt or something like that on in the summertime it will cause discomfortI personally was not impressed and I used it a few times and gave up on it I don’t like getting dressed with two other people in the roomAnd yes I word on the outside of my shirt

Good idea, not implemented well
Pros:- comfortable if you stand without moving- adjusts to several chest sizes- if you stay in one position, you can feel it helping your postureCons:- uncomfortable for sitting- uncomfortable in car rides- can’t move without it needing to be readjusted (my biggest issue with it)- no perfect adjustment on sizeOverall:I would NOT buy again. The main issue being that if you move, no matter if you are seated or standing, the brace has to be readjusted every single time. If too tight, it works itself under your arm pits. If too loose, it doesn’t do it’s job and also moves around. No matter how it’s adjusted, it never fits perfectly. I plan on returning mine.
