Our old coffee table broke and I’d been looking for a new one! I came across this one and thought it would work great!It is the perfect size for us! It’s small enough that I can easily move it out of the way if needed, but big enough that I can set up my laptop and work with a little bit of space while I sit on the couch!My husband is the one who assembled but he said that it was very easy to do! It came with everything needed for assembly, including the tools. I think it took him less than thirty minutes from start to finish.I’m honestly not sure if it’s really wood or pressboard. The listing says it’s wood, my husband thinks it might be pressboard, but without taking the laminate off it’s hard to tell. Either way it appears to be a sturdy, good quality coffee table!I love that it has a bottom shelf for extra storage! I will say that for some reason when I ordered this I thought the bottom shelf opened to have kind of a hidden storage area. I’m not sure what gave me that impression as there is nothing in the listing to indicate this, but it does not have that, the bottom is an open shelf.Ultimately I love this coffee table!!! It fits well in our living room, looks great, and sees quite a bit of daily use!
