Finally… I can sleep without sniffing the air like a paranoid detective.
This AEGISLINK Smoke and CO Detector set gave me instant peace of mind. No more middle-of-the-night “did I leave the oven on?” moments. Now I just sleep like a baby — a baby with excellent fire safety coverage.Setup was ridiculously easy — no wires, no confusion, no calling an electrician friend who’s “busy this weekend.” Just pop in the batteries, link them up, and boom — my house feels like NASA mission control (minus the stress).The digital display is clear, and having them all wirelessly interconnected makes me feel like my home is smarter than me. I even installed one in the garage — not sure if that’s totally necessary, but hey, better safe than smoky! Phew 😅If you like your lungs, your sleep, and your sanity — get these. Total peace of mind in a 6-pack!

Super easy install and came already linked. The only issue I encountered is the installation plate shows two arrows that denote “center” but what would display the detector correctly lined up. Clarification… if the center line is vertical AND the arrows point to the left, then the detector display is horizontal and easy to see. If not, and the installation plate is horizontal, then the detector display is cock-eyed.The test was quite easy, though my dogs were a bit frazzled, where one device gets tested and ALL devices trigger as expected. The moment the test/silence button is released, another moment later all other devices silence.I also like that the batteries are also replaceable, but should last for approximately 5 years, as manufacturer states.I am also hoping, and we’ll see what happens, that these do not need to be needed. Though, it’s best to be safe than not have and not be warned.

BUYER BEWARE
Beware these units. They will not pass a smoke certificate in most Massachusetts towns if you are going to sell the property. They dont have the UL.tag that it should have they link properly but after setting them off a couplemtimes.they lose the connection. Complete waste of money. I waited to long from the time I bought them to get the fire department in so I have 8 that are trash. They will alot not fit onto an electrical box it you are trying to cover one.

They work!
They worked. I got these interlink ones about a month ago…and they all went off in the middle of the night. I had a leak with my heater. They were easy to install and can verify they went off and showed different numbers on each and saved my family 🙂

L’appareil fonctionne correctement, a détecté de la fumée lors d’un allumage de cheminée raté, et a directement déclenché. Le fait de recevoir des notifications à distance est un plus, même à l’extérieur on pourrait prévenir les pompiers directement en cas d’incendie
