Great rake
I love how easy was to put it together and how it expands. I like that you can expand and retract. It makes it easier to store it as well. Great price for this product. It is sturdy and easy to clean.

Great rake.
Works very well. The head is smaller than the standard spring rake but the fact that you can adjust it to a slim silhouette allows for raking is tight spots. I’m happy.

Works well, but it feels a little flimsy. It is lightweight and since it is adjustable, you can make it smaller to get into tight spaces. Time will tell how long it lasts. If if breaks within the 1st year, I will surely update my review.

Sturdy rake! I love the easy assembly but really how it can break back down for easy storage in the box. I’ve never been this excited for a rake!

If you like repairing things after the second use…
The story goes like this. “Wow! A rake that can adjust the spread in length” I said to myself while browsing the Amazon inventory. “What an amazing idea” I exclaimed. That’s where I was wrong. Second use and half the fingers fell out. “Gasp… that was a waste of money” I said to myself while mumbling obscenities under my breath as I live in Texas and there is not much use for a rake in summer and I had missed my return window by 3 weeks. I cut and removed the rivets that barely hold the bracket on to keep the fingers in place and replaced them with nuts and bolts. Voila! Back in business. If you enjoy modifying something you just bought after the second time you use it, then this rake is the one for you!

Often gets stuck when retracted
The rake works well and allows me to rake my bark mulch without taking too much away. Only negative is that rake doesn’t easily fold out when retracted. I need to use a rubber mallet to extend it.
