Delightfully simple yet powerful and quiet
MAN, I love this fan. The old fan in my room had a down rod that was wobbly and loose, so it was making a ton of noise. This new fan is mounted flat against the ceiling without a down rod. There is no banging, no wobbling. Even the fan operating at its highest setting is little more than a quiet breeze, and yet the airflow is strong and palpable. This particular room stays substantially warmer than the rest of the house, but with this fan on full blast, it’s actually still quite comfortable.The remote is SO convenient. This fan doesn’t force you to use a smartphone app, although you could if you were so inclined. I haven’t actually connected it to Google Home because the remote allows you to set the speed of the fan, the color temperature of the light and brightness, and of course turn both off and on.The installation was pretty straightforward. It definitely requires at least two adults and a step ladder. The worst part is stripping the wires and then holding up the fan while you awkwardly and clumsily twist bare copper and put caps on the exposed wire. You might need the person holding the fan up to swap out if their arms get tired or get a second step ladder so they don’t have to hold their hands so high overhead.Oh, and definitely use a smaller screwdriver for the screws on the mount near the ceiling. I accidentally scraped a small spot of ceiling paint because my screwdriver was too thick, and the screw is SO close to the ceiling.

I bought x2 of these fans solely on the reviews that mentioned specifically how whisper quiet they are and boy and I glad I did! This fan is the quietest one I’ve ever owned; no knocking or vibration, just silence. Installation went smoothly and I’ve happily recommended these to friends.Good quality, fantastic speed control (not that you need 6 speeds, but you have them) and the option to change the light temp is handy.

Works as it should and is very quiet! When I had an issue getting the fan into pairing mode to connect to Alexa, I reached out to the seller. They responded very quickly and were able to help me figure it out. I can now control both the light and the fan by asking Alexa.

Great fans! Excellent customer service!
We started with a single purchase of one of these fans and liked it so much we purchased four more for a total of five. They have integrated easily with Amazon Alexa, are whisper quiet, move air well and look good in each of our bedrooms! I did need to have a receiver kit replaced and the customer service was really excellent. They responded quickly, alerted us when the part was sent with a tracking number and checked in to make sure that we did receive it.

Fan would not flush mount to ceiling. Left about 5/8 inch gap. Finally had to use piece of flex insulation to fill that space for cosmetic purpose.Works well, silent operation and good light adjustment with remote.

I purchased one of these for my son’s room because his was noisy and rickety. My husband has installed a handful of ceiling fans before in our previous home. We actually bought a different fan for my son at Costco with similar design/features but after not being able to install it despite 2 hours of trying, we bought this one. This was a dream to install, so easy! Seriously easier than any fan he’s installed to date. It is super quiet and we love that it is low profile so my 6 ft 8 in tall husband can walk under it without ducking like he used to have to do. We liked it so much that we bought 3 more to replace older fans in our house. At first glance the app had bad reviews regarding its ability to connect to Alexa but we didn’t have any problems. Now I can control the light and fan in the master bedroom with Alexa. My kids use the app to control theirs (they haven’t connected to Alexa yet) and I just make them keep the remote by their door so I can turn it on/off if they forget to turn it off. I mostly love how it looks. The fan that came with our house was an eyesore and this one is aesthetic.I had a problem with one of the fans and the company sent a replacement part and now it works perfectly.Highly recommend this fan!! We have had ours for about 3 months. I will probably end up buying a few more to replace a few that still need replacing.

This fan blows really good and has a nice appearance but the only think is that the light dosent get “white enough/blue enough” it’s almost like a yellow compared to other lights I have had.
